Held in conjuction with Music on the Square our farmers market features locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious jellies and lots more hand-made craftes. It's starts at 5pm and lasts about 3-4 hours. It's free to attend and is suitable for all ages.

Music On The Square
Grab your lawn chair and join us for some outstanding live music, delicious food, and some great prizes and raffles from our local businesses! The event runs each summer from the second Sat. in May through the second Sat. in September. Music starts at 7pm and lasts about 2 hours. It's free to attend and is suitable for all ages.

Marion County Single Parent Scholarship Fund
The Marion County Single Parent Scholarship Fund is currently accepting applications for fall semester. The goal of the SPSF is to assist single parents to complete their post-secondary education in preparation for skilled employment. The amount of a full scholarship is up to $1,000 per semester for each recipient. Marion County SPSF has awarded more than 280 scholarships totaling over $124,000 since its inception in 1996. Scholarships help students pay for items not necessarily school related, such as utility bills, child care or car payments.
